Anna Hicken
VP Exploration | Dryden Gold Corp. | Red Lake Gold Camp Specialist
"Leading exploration at Dryden Gold Corp. with deep expertise in the Red Lake gold district from her Goldcorp tenure"
Biography
Anna Hicken, M.Sc., P.Geo., serves as Vice President of Exploration at Dryden Gold Corp. (TSXV: DRY, OTCQB: DRYGF), bringing over 14 years of hands-on experience in gold and base metals exploration. Her career spans some of Canada's most prolific mining jurisdictions, with significant time spent in the renowned Red Lake gold district—a camp that has produced over 30 million ounces of gold and remains one of the highest-grade gold districts in the world.
Prior to joining Dryden Gold, Hicken held exploration roles with major industry players, including Goldcorp (now Newmont) in the Red Lake Camp and Sabina Gold and Silver in Nunavut. Her work with Goldcorp provided her with deep familiarity with the geological complexities and high-grade systems that characterize the Red Lake district—expertise she now applies to Dryden Gold's flagship exploration projects in the Dryden area of northwestern Ontario. At Sabina Gold and Silver, she contributed to advanced-stage gold and silver exploration in Canada's Arctic, gaining experience with deposits in challenging remote environments.
At Dryden Gold, Hicken plays a central role in the company's exploration strategy, working alongside a management team and board that includes notable mining figures such as Rob McEwen and Eric Sprott as strategic advisors. She has been a prominent presenter at major industry events including the Metals Investor Forum and AME Roundup, where she communicates the company's exploration thesis and results directly to the investment community. Her ability to bridge technical geology with investor-facing communication makes her a key figure for shareholders evaluating Dryden Gold's exploration upside.
For mining investors, Hicken represents the technical backbone of a junior gold explorer operating in a proven jurisdiction. Her Red Lake experience is particularly relevant given that Dryden Gold's properties sit along strike of the same greenstone belts that host world-class deposits. Investors tracking junior gold companies with credible geological leadership should note her involvement as a positive signal for the quality of exploration work being conducted.

Dryden Gold controls a dominant land position with 50km of strike length along the Manitou-Dinorwic deformation zone in Northwestern Ontario. The company's properties have seen limited modern exploration despite historical production, offering significant discovery upside for investors. Strong infrastructure access and collaborative local First Nations relationships de-risk the advancement of this large-scale exploration project.
