Glenn Jessome
President & CEO | Silver Tiger Metals Inc. | Mexican Silver Developer
"Leading Silver Tiger Metals' El Tigre silver project in Mexico and bullish precious metals forecasts"
Biography
Glenn Jessome is the President, CEO, and a founding shareholder of Silver Tiger Metals Inc. (TSXV: SLVR | OTCQX: SLVTF), a silver-focused exploration and development company with assets in Mexico. A securities lawyer by training, Jessome brings extensive capital markets experience primarily in the resource sector, having overseen Silver Tiger's listing on the TSXV and guided the company through multiple financing rounds and project milestones at its flagship El Tigre project in Sonora, Mexico.
Before leading Silver Tiger, Jessome served as Corporate Secretary of GoGold Resources Inc., another successful Mexican precious metals producer, giving him direct experience with the full lifecycle of resource companies—from exploration and development through to production. His legal background in securities law has proven instrumental in navigating the regulatory and financing complexities inherent to junior mining companies, and he has been a featured speaker at major industry events including Mines and Money London and the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference (VRIC).
Jessome is an outspoken advocate for silver and the junior mining sector, having publicly forecast gold reaching $4,000 and silver hitting $40 per ounce. He argues that institutional and "smart money" is increasingly flowing into well-managed junior silver developers, particularly those with established projects in mining-friendly Mexican jurisdictions. At the 2025 VRIC silver forecast panel, he appeared alongside prominent figures from Sprott and GoldSeek to discuss silver's bull market trajectory.
Under Jessome's leadership, Silver Tiger has advanced the El Tigre project through underground development and resource expansion, positioning the company as a potential near-term silver producer in one of the world's most prolific silver mining regions. His combination of legal expertise, capital markets savvy, and on-the-ground operational experience makes him a relevant voice for investors tracking the junior silver space.

Mexico’s Next Silver Mine On Schedule for 2027 Production | Silver Tiger
- Top takeaway Glenn Jessome's central argument is that execution, getting to a December 2027 first pour at Silver Tiger's heap leach, will create far more shareholder value than any 25% move in silver price, so the team's focus is overwhelmingly on build rather than price forecasting.
- He argues Mexican mining sentiment has turned: Silver Tiger's heap leach permit in November (the first since 2019), GoGold's Los Ricos permit, and the Agnico Eagle joint venture for San Agas all signal the permitting chill is over and Mexican valuations should re-rate.
- He is constructive on the fall macro setup, citing softer Fed expectations, a weaker US dollar, lower Treasury yields, supportive demand data and a short-rope view on US policy into the midterms, with conservative bank desks such as BMO and Goldman reportedly modeling around $5,000 gold by year-end.
- On financing, Jessome says he has the time rather than the clock and intends to wait until the fall to lock in very attractive debt, expecting better terms than the April to June bottom and indicating he is already thinking 12 to 36 months ahead about both Phase 1 and Phase 2 funding.
- He frames Silver Tiger as a district play beyond the heap leach (door 1) and underground PFS (door 2), pointing to 4 million tons at roughly 350 g/t Ag in the northern PEA area and another 3 million tons at roughly 400 g/t in the old Tiger area, which he expects will fund district-scale exploration for the next 10 to 20 years.
Silver Tiger's fully permitted Stockwork Zone heap leach in Sonora, Mexico remains on schedule for commissioning and first doré pour in December 2027. About 200 workers are on site running three shifts a day; earthworks are underway and concrete work is set to start in October. CEO Glenn Jessome argues disciplined execution — not silver or gold price — drives shareholder value, with roughly $1 billion NPV at current prices. CFE granted life-of-mine grid power access via an 18-month third-party build, and redundant on-site generators let the project start regardless of timing. The underground PEA is being advanced to PFS, high-grade drilling has resumed to the north, and Mexico's improving permitting climate supports a broader re-rating.
Silver Tiger Metals – Visual Construction Update At El Tigre - First Gold/Silver Pour- December 2027
- Top takeaway Argues El Tigre is de-risked and on track: his team delivered a Mexican heap leach permit that many observers said would never be issued, and is now building to a December 2027 first pour on schedule.
- Credits the group's roughly 30 years of Mexico operating experience, and specifically the build-out of his Mexican construction team under Francisco Albile, for keeping the project on time with detailed engineering finished and long-lead items already ordered.
- Argues the underground can be built cheaply and quickly because existing development, already-mined ore stockpiled at surface and an 800 tonne per day mill are already in place, which he says is why the PEA shows an internal rate of return above 100%.
- Makes the case that Mexico's permitting mood has changed and that Mexican miners are out of the penalty box, predicting strong valuation returns for operators that treat their communities and employees well.
- Keeps priorities explicit: roughly 75-80% of focus stays on building the heap leach until it pours, with the underground moved from PEA to PFS and district-scale exploration north and south treated as a multi-year treasure hunt.
Silver Tiger's El Tigre heap leach mine is on schedule for a December 2027 first gold and silver pour. The guest's PEA (Preliminary Economic Assessment) puts the underground mine above 100% IRR with roughly one-year payback. Capex is low because the 1930s workings already provide development, and no open-pit sterilization delay applies. Exploration north of the pit targets untested veins, with assays from about 30 holes due in coming months. Mexico's permitting mood has thawed, with permits landing for Silver Tiger, GoGold and Axo Metals within about a year.
We’re In for a Long Silver Bull Run! | Glenn Jessome - Silver Tiger
Silver Tiger's CEO sees a long-term silver bull run driven by supply deficits and tight inventories, viewing the current price pullback as a temporary macroeconomic distraction. The El Tigre project remains on track for first doré production in December 2027, with the $60 million bought deal providing financial security for the construction timeline. Management is advancing underground economics toward a PFS and initiating new drilling to the north, which could significantly expand the overall resource base.

Silver Tiger Metals – Visually Unpacking The El Tigre Project Underground PEA
- Top takeaway He argues the underground and surface stock works projects can be built simultaneously — atypical for Mexican epithermal systems — by sequencing mine development so neither sterilizes the other's ore, and he expects to start underground while surface mining is still being constructed.
- He frames Silver Tiger as undervalued on the strength of the underground PEA: $300M+ NPV at study prices and $1.2B NPV at spot, with $83M capex he calls 'nibble-size' versus peers running $300M-$1B.
- He argues a US big-board listing will be timed for maximum shareholder value, and that $50M US of treasury plus future production ('an ATM called the Tiger') will self-fund drilling north and south to build a district-scale resource beyond the current PEA.
- He positions the underground as primarily silver (~75% silver, 25% gold) while acknowledging the surface stock works' gold exposure (~60% gold, 40% silver) is a useful talking point at ~$5,000 gold.
Silver Tiger Metals' underground PEA at El Tigre outlines a $304M after-tax NPV at 42.8% IRR, with a 15-year mine life and $83.5M initial capex. The underground mine plan is designed standalone from the surface stockwork zone, allowing both projects to run in tandem without sequencing constraints. The site already holds one year of high-grade waste-rock ore from the historic El Tigre mine, plus 1Mt of historical tailings for years 16-18. An additional ~3Mt Northern Veins resource sits outside the PEA, ~700m north of the mine, and could nearly double the underground tonnage once drilled off. The 25km district-scale land package hosts multiple historic past-producing mines, framing a multi-decade drilling pipeline beyond the current PEA footprint.
Silver Tiger Metals – Ongoing Development Work At The Stockwork Zone & Imminent Underground PEA
- Top takeaway Frames the next ~24 months as the "real return" window, arguing the investment case has shifted from exploration/excitement to pure execution as El Tigre is built and the underground is moved toward PFS.
- Lays out three explicit corporate priorities: (1) build the Stockwork Zone bulk-tonnage open pit, (2) deliver the underground PEA and progress it to PFS, and (3) add ounces via brownfield drilling north and greenfield work south of El Tigre.
- Positions the November 2025 bulk-tonnage permit — Mexico's first since 2019/2020 — as the inflection point, paired with ~90% complete final engineering by end of January 2026 and concurrent construction on camp, access road, bridge and water wells.
- Defends a patient capital strategy — "we have the time, not the clock" — citing ~$50M Canadian in treasury and many financing options, with no rush on a debt package until the project is further de-risked.
- Argues the stock is mispriced versus the combined open-pit plus underground NPV at current precious-metals prices, telling investors to read the upcoming PEA's sensitivity tables and benchmark against peers trading above 1x NPV.
Silver Tiger secured Mexico's first permanent mining permit since 2020 in November and is now in active construction at El Tigre. Engineering with KCA and WSP is roughly 90% complete, with final delivery targeted for the end of January 2026. An underground PEA covering 113 million ounces AgEq at 800 tonnes per day is set for release later this month. After a CAD$40M raise, Silver Tiger holds ~$50M in treasury — enough to negotiate favorable debt covenants for the US$85M capex. Regional drilling north of El Tigre is targeted for this year, with southern work staged for 2027.
