Peter Grosskopf

Peter Grosskopf is Chairman of SCP Resource Finance, a firm focused on resource sector investment banking and advisory services. He is best known to commodity investors for his 12-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Inc. (2010–2022), during which he built one of the most recognized resource-focused asset management firms in North America.

During Grosskopf's leadership, Sprott grew from approximately $5 billion to over $20 billion in assets under management. This expansion was built substantially on resource investing — spanning physical gold and silver trusts, mining equity funds, and lending facilities for mineral companies.
