Sean Hillacre

Sean Hillacre, M.Sc., P.Geo., is a professional geoscientist and mining executive serving as President and VP of Exploration at Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSX-V: STND / OTC: STTDF). With over a decade of experience working as an economic geologist in the Athabasca Basin uranium district of Saskatchewan, Hillacre has established himself as a specialist in one of the world's premier uranium-producing regions.

Prior to joining Standard Uranium in 2020, Hillacre spent five years as part of the technical team at NexGen Energy, where he contributed to progressing the Arrow uranium deposit—one of the most significant uranium discoveries in recent decades—towards production. This hands-on experience at a tier-one uranium project provided him with deep technical knowledge of Athabasca Basin geology and the exploration methodologies required to identify high-grade unconformity-type uranium mineralization.

Under Hillacre's technical leadership, Standard Uranium has advanced multiple drill projects across the Athabasca Basin, with a particular focus on the flagship Davidson River Project. The company's exploration thesis at Davidson River targets a similar geological setting to NexGen's Arrow deposit, leveraging upgraded geophysical surveys and systematic drilling programs to test for high-grade uranium mineralization. Hillacre has been instrumental in building the company's technical team, recruiting skilled geologists with direct Athabasca Basin experience.

Hillacre holds a Master of Science degree and maintains his Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) designation. He is a frequent presenter at mining investment conferences and industry events, including the Metals Investor Forum, where he communicates Standard Uranium's exploration strategy and results to the investment community.
