Talisker Resources – Production & Exploration Update At The Mustang Mine, Upcoming Resource and PEA
The KE Report Feb 3, 2026
Summary
Talisker targets 500 tonnes per day (tpd) at Mustang by H2 2026, with Bralorne West and Olympus stages pushing throughput toward 1,500 tpd.
Mustang currently mines three gold veins; the company is developing eight to nine and has defined 86 across the Bralorne gold complex belt.
An ore sorter arriving in Q3 2026 should lift realized gold grade from the diluted 8-10 g/t (grams per tonne) toward undiluted 16-20 g/t.
SGS-led PEA (Preliminary Economic Assessment) and resource update adding 800,000-1,000,000 ounces of gold is expected by end of Q2 2026.
First ore shipments to Ocean Partners UK were set to begin January 2026, with about 600 tonnes already stockpiled at the Lillooet facility.
Key points on Talisker Resources Ltd
- The CEO says Mustang operations are running well to plan — and in some cases a little ahead — with the lower decline complete to the 1045 level and lateral development into veins underway as of early February 2026.
- The CEO outlines a ramp-up path of 500 tonnes per day by H2 2026, then 750 and 1,000 tpd, supported by three declines in active development.
- The CEO says the Bralorne West development is more than halfway through its ~600-metre stretch and is expected to complete by end of Q1 or early Q2 2026, after which three previously unmined high-grade veins come online.
- An SGS-prepared PEA and resource update are slated for Q2 2026 (end of May or early June) and are expected to add 800,000 to 1 million ounces while incorporating the Olympus mine plan.
- The CEO notes 86 veins are defined across the Bralorne belt versus three currently in production (Alhambra, BK, BK9870), with eight or nine being developed by end of 2026.
